How It Works:

We’ll review the various ICHRA/Contribution options for you as the Employer compared to your traditional group insurance options to figure out the best strategy for you and your Employees. You’ll get a full disclosure of all costs, administration and service fees across all options. We will make sure whatever choice you make is consistent with DSP Contract requirements.

Once you decide the DSP Individual route, you’re in control of how much and how to subsidize your employees as long as you meet ACA Affordability requirements… we help you figure out the funding amount per employee to meet state and national compliance requirements.

Many employers elect to offer dental and vision coverage. We’ll show you what else is available, and you can decide to include additional benefit options for your employees, whether you contribute to some or part of the cost, or offer them as employee-paid.

Open enrollment usually begins about 10 days after you submit your final census of eligible employees and completed ICHRA paperwork. Before we can start you’ll need to make sure your payroll information is accurate.

Once your ICHRA funding and administration accounts are set up, your Employees are invited to enroll or waive participation. We track both to keep you compliant. When they enroll, your employees can purchase their individual health insurance in an easy, integrated online purchasing experience – it’s easy and quick.
